Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya hosts International Delegation, Showcases India’s Development Vision

VADODARA: Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya (GSV) welcomed a 21-member foreign delegation on a special visit initiated by Dr. Hemang Joshi, Member of Parliament from Vadodara.

During the interaction, the university leadership presented India’s ambitious journey towards Viksit Bharat (Developed India) by 2047, highlighting recent achievements in key sectors including Railways, Aviation, Maritime, Highways, Infrastructure, and Renewable Energy. The delegation was also introduced to GSV’s cutting-edge initiatives, particularly its executive training programmes designed for international participants.

Representatives from 11 countries—Australia, Russia, Nepal, Uganda, Senegal, Slovakia, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Peru, Sri Lanka, and Maldives—expressed strong interest in India’s progress and explored avenues for collaborative partnerships with the university.

The visit underscored GSV’s growing role as a global knowledge hub for transport and infrastructure education, while reinforcing India’s commitment to fostering international cooperation in sustainable development.
