The vessel’s call represents a strategic expansion in the port’s cargo portfolio, demonstrating its capability to efficiently manage diversified bulk commodities alongside large-sized vessels. The handling of slag—widely used in cement manufacturing and infrastructure development—opens new avenues for industrial cargo movement through Dahej.
