THAILAND : On May 3rd, Bolloré Logistics received the handover of its newest warehouse & distribution center in Thailand from Frasers Property Industrial.
Their team in Thailand has worked closely with FPIT to develop the concept of the warehouse in line with the sustainability objectives set. They are proud to say that the new 11,000 sqm space brings to life their vision of being a leader in sustainability and innovation in Thailand and within the Asia-Pacific region!
The building is one of the first warehouses in Thailand to achieve LEED Gold certification, for its environmentally friendly facilities (such as solar panels, smart lighting system), and energy and water efficiency. Low volatile organic compounds (VOCs) were also used in the construction material.
Situated at Bangplee, which is close to Bangkok, the new warehouse is strategically located close to Suvarnabhumi International Airport, ensuring it is well-connected to transport infrastructure and network.
With 3 ton/sqm floor load and 13 meters clear height, the warehouse also has partial-ambient and partial-temperature controlled areas. They will be sharing more about their newest hub in Thailand soon – watch this space!
