Bolloré Logistics Vietnam conducts training for its leadership and operational teams

Over the past two months, Bolloré Logistics Vietnam organized training sessions for leadership and operational teams, as part of its continuous efforts to invest and develop in the growth of its people.

In July, a leadership training session named “Unleash the Talents” by Dale Carnegie was conducted for the senior management, to encourage them to explore and innovate in their people development and management practices, while in August, all managers recently promoted to a management position attended the course “The 6 Critical Practices for Leading a Team” by Franklin Covey, allowing them to consolidate their skills to excel in their new role.

Dung VUONG, Human Resources and Administration Manager for Bolloré Logistics Vietnam, said, “The company values the talents within the organization and is dedicated to talent development. The aim of such training sessions is to provide our staff with the right tools and skills to carry out their job and responsibilities competently and efficiently.”

Separate training sessions for operational teams were also conducted in recent weeks for customer service, creative-thinking and problem-solving topics. These training programs aim to help our employees in understanding the importance of their responsibilities at Bolloré Logistics and improving their skills day by day and to satisfy our customers.

The brainstorming sessions were also conducive to the exchange of ideas and best practices that can be applied in their daily work.”
