Swan Energy signs HoA with AG&P LNG

MUMBAI : Swan Energy Limited (SEL) and AG&P Terminals & Logistics (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (AG&P LNG) have signed a Heads of Agreement (HoA) to Form a joint venture for LNG supply, with SEL holding 51% and AG&P LNG 49%.
