48th Annual Convention of the ACAAI concludes with a success note

BAKU : The 48th Annual Convention of the Air Cargo Agents Association of India (ACAAI) was held in a beautiful city, Baku, Azerbaijan from December 5-8th 2024. His Excellency Mr. Sridharan Madhusudanan, the Ambassador of India to Azerbaijan inaugurated the convention as a Chief Guest. The Guest of Honour was Mr Piyush Srivastava, the Senior Economic Advisor, Ministry of civil aviation, government of India. Mr Sanjay Jain, the first secretary of Indian Embassy also graced the occasion by his presence.
Mr. Madhusudanan addressed the gathering, elaborating on the history of Azerbaijan and shared lots of things from his personal and professional experience.

Mr. Piyush Srivastava who had very kindly accepted invitation from ACAAI and travelled all the way to Baku to participate in the convention. He also addressed the delegates enlightening them on the initiatives taken by government of India. He recognised the efforts made by ACAAI in the interest of its esteemed members.

Mr. Madhusudanan as well as Mr Srivastava appreciated ACAAI to organise a convention on a very suitable theme, ie, ‘Wings of Innovation- Charting New Paths in Logistics’. This convention had the privilege of the presence of the top notch authorities of government of India, and also the largest number of delegates and their accompanying spouses.

The business sessions were very well thought of and designed to enlighten the audience from the expertise of the carefully chosen professional panellists. Some business sessions were off-Logistics, such as yoga, mentalist, etc. These sessions kept the audience engrossed and enjoying thoroughly.

Live entertainment, fellowship and networking opportunities were optimally utilised by the delegates. A sight-seeing tour was also organised for the accompanying spouses. Post convention, the delegates very generously sent their appreciation messages and expressed their eagerness to have such memorable conventions in future.
