India Mediterranean Express Service (IMX) – temporary port call change

Hapag Lloyd has recently informed that as of week 40, MV “Ningbo Express”, the IMX will continue to replace the La Spezia call for one more cycle with a Piraeus call.

The revised port rotation of the IMX will be as follows : Piraeus – Malta – Genoa – Valencia – Barcelona – Fos – Genoa – Malta – Damietta – Aqaba – Jeddah – Hamad – Jebel Ali – Karachi – Nhava Sheva – Mundra – Jeddah -Piraeus.

Besides faster connections from India and Pakistan into East Mediterranean locations, the Piraeus call on IMX offers:

• Solid connections into Black Sea (BMX, WBS) and Adriatic (ADX)

All transshipment operations to and from out ports as well as connections to other Hapag-Lloyd services will still be possible as usual, said a company statement.
