Shadowfax acquires CriticaLog

BENGALURU : Shadowfax, one of India’s leading new-age logistics and delivery platforms, has acquired CriticaLog, a logistics firm specializing in bespoke critical logistics solutions. The terms of the deal remain undisclosed.

With this acquisition, Shadowfax is set to further expand its offerings by introducing comprehensive and customizable high-value item delivery services across India. 

CriticaLog transports high-value products such as electronics, automobile spare parts, jewelry, and pharmaceuticals. The firm has a client roster of over 400 organizations and MNCs. 

The integration of CriticaLog’s services with Shadowfax’s extensive network, spanning over 2,500 cities and 18,000 pin codes, will enhance Shadowfax’s ability to offer tailored logistics solutions across a broader range of sectors.

Shadowfax claims to provide 3PL logistics (third-party logistics) to e-commerce and D2C firms across 2,500 cities and 18,000 pin codes in the country. 

According to the data intelligence platform, TheKredible, Shadowfax’s revenue from operations spiked to Rs 1,884.8 crore in the last fiscal year, from Rs 1,415 crore in FY23. 

Its key services include quality check-based reverse logistics, hand-to-hand doorstep exchange, same day delivery—termed “Prime” services—and quick commerce 10-minute delivery.
