
Mahindra Logistics collaborates with start-ups to co-create future-ready logistics solutions
MUMBAI : Mahindra Logistics Ltd., one of India’s largest integrated logistics solutions providers, announced the successful culmination of its incubator program – Catapult 4.0 – aimed to empower Indian startups by co-creating innovative logistics solutions. This initiative is a part of Mahindra Logistics tech vision to ignite success within the Indian startup ecosystem, catalysing advanced solutions and driving operational excellence in the logistics industry.
The startups are members of Catapult, Mahindra Logistics incubator program. In its 4th edition, eight pioneering startups of Catapult, have engaged with Mahindra Logistics for mentorship and development of solutions in real-world business scenarios to improve product-market fit. The startups designed applications across drones, smart warehousing, efficient MHEs, computer vision, and sustainability to serve customers with disruptive innovative solution integrated to the existing workflow leading to better operational efficiency, optimum resource utilization and efficient supply chain ecosystem. Their solutions and journey were also showcased at the premiere day of CATAPULT 4.0, attended by industry leaders.
Catapult serves as a catalyst for these startups by offering a comprehensive program that includes masterclass sessions on go-to-market strategy, building sustainable, scalable business models, and the art of storytelling. Additionally, startups gain access to a dynamic business and technology environment through a co-working platform. The program also provides weekly leadership guidance, on-ground product validation, and collaborative opportunities with the company’s partner ecosystem, which includes global technology companies. This open platform enabled startups to innovate in real-world scenarios through knowledge-sharing sessions and networking opportunities with industry leaders.
The premiere day also introduced Catapult Techathon 2.0, a technology-driven competition designed to engage college students by providing a platform to develop solutions for real-world business challenges. Spanning eight weeks, the program attracts participation from numerous colleges, driving innovation and problem-solving.

Participating startups – Tarsyer, Vecros, Tokere, Ignomagine, Electrike, Quargos, KaviRise, and Nebularc – presented groundbreaking technology solutions at the event. Here’s what some of the start-ups that participated, shared:

Mr. Alok Das, Cofounder, Quargos said,”Being part of Mahindra Logistics Catapult 4.0 has been a game-changer for us. The QARGOS F9 CLV addresses urban logistics challenges by bridging the gap between 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers, offering a 225-litre cargo volume, 100 kg payload, and a 150 km range. It promises up to 90% cost reduction in urban logistics, making it more efficient and faster“.
Ms. Sumana Mandal, Founder & Director, Ignomagine said, “We have moved from a single-product company to a solutions-driven robotics leader. Together, we tackled real-world warehouse challenges, creating the ENlightened MAchines (EnMac) series—AI-powered solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability without disrupting existing workflows“.
