Middlebank Consulting Group appoints Philip Walsh as Associate
SINGAPORE: Supply chain and value chain management consultancy Middlebank Consulting Group, announced the appointment of Philip Walsh as an Associate. A strategic and results-driven executive, Philip brings extensive experience across finance, operations, and sales, with a strong track record in driving business growth, financial transformation, and supply chain innovation. Having started his career working at Middlebank Consulting Group (MCG), Philip rejoins the consultancy. Founded over 25 years ago in New Zealand, MCG has been operational in Australia since 2003, in Singapore and India since 2016, in the USA since 2022, and recently in the Middle East.
In his previous role as Chief Commercial Officer at Supply Chain Solutions NZ, Philip oversaw financial and sales functions, led mergers and acquisitions with NZ Post, and delivered financial literacy programmes to more than 300 employees. Earlier, as Chief Financial Officer, he expanded reporting systems, implemented post-COVID pricing strategies, and secured over $20M in recurring revenue through high-value negotiations. His career also includes extensive experience in ERP implementation, pricing strategy, governance, and business consulting.
