PIPAVAV : Starting 29th April 2021, APM Terminals Pipavav has implemented a Case Management System to further strengthen their services to customers.

We make it easier for you! Instead of sending various emails to colleagues in our Commercial Team, all you have to do is reach out us through a single email address: [email protected], it said in a Customer Advisory communique.

With this new system, we will be able to provide faster and efficient resolution to your queries and issues. Real-time data and record keeping give us clear visibility on the issues that need improvement in order to assist you better.

Our Customer Service colleagues have full access to the system to give you quick, best-inclass and personalized support. From 29th April 2021, you will receive an automatic reply with a case number, which can be used while following up on your email for queries/issues.

Please note that this e mail id is only to address your queries. However, for appointments /operations / planning support, you need to follow the current process of contacting the teams directly, it mentioned in the communique.
