BCBA held its 39th AGM & Annual Function

MUMBAI : Brihanmumbai Custom Brokers Association(BCBA) held its 39th AGM & Annual Function on September 25, 2024, at ITC Grand Central, Parel, Mumbai. Esteemed Members, Industry Leaders, and Government Officials gathered to celebrate the year’s achievements. The AGM featured a comprehensive review highlighting the association’s growth and initiatives. President Mr. Dushyant Mulani delivered an impactful address, receiving a standing ovation for his 25 years of service, as he transitioned to Immediate Past President.

The newly elected Office Bearers for the 2024-2026 term, led by Incoming President Mr. Sanjeev Harale along with Senior Vice President/President Elect Mr. Paresh Thakkar, Vice Presidents Mr. Vinayak Aparaj, Mr. Hiren Ruparel, and Mr. Ganpat Korde, along with Hon. Secretary Mr. Nirav Thakker and Hon. Treasurer Mr. Ketan Desai took charge of the Office for the Term 2024-2026. Mr. Sanjeev Harale, in his speech highlighted about the vision with strategic discussions on member engagement and skill development amongst other objectives. The AGM concluded with a vote of thanks by Hon Secretary, Mr. Nirav Thakker.

The highlight of the evening was the keynote address by the Chief Guest Shri Rajesh Pandey (IRS), Principal Chief Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai Zone II, JNCH who gave an impactful message on the evolving logistics landscape and the vital role of Custom Brokers. Commissioners from all 3 Mumbai Customs Zones and various government bodies as well as trade bodies who graced the occasion were welcomed and felicitated by the entire team of Managing Committee of BCBA.
It was an evening of great emotions and celebrations with the Committee, Guests, Members and the most memorable one.
