CONCOR Goes Global : Dispatched first Export Container from Coimbatore to Jebel Ali

COIMBATORE : The Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR) has expanded its international reach with the successful dispatch of its first export container from its Inland Container Depot (ICD) at Irugur, Coimbatore, to Jebel Ali, UAE.

The landmark shipment, handled via India Gateway Terminal Pvt. Ltd. (IGTPL), Kochi, marks a significant step in strengthening global trade connectivity for exporters in Western Tamil Nadu, including Coimbatore, Tirupur, Erode, Namakkal, and Pollachi.

By providing a direct logistics link to one of the world’s busiest ports, CONCOR aims to enhance trade efficiency, reduce transit times, and offer seamless, end-to-end supply chain solutions.
