VADODARA: Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR) is deepening its focus on customer-centric growth through strategic collaborations with key industry partners. On September 5, 2025, Chairman and Managing Director Shri Sanjay Swarup, along with the CONCOR leadership team, held a series of productive meetings in Vadodara with officials from Deepak Phenolics Ltd and PGP Glass Pvt Ltd to explore avenues for enhancing integrated logistics solutions.

The discussions centered on building synergies, improving supply chain efficiencies, and leveraging innovative multimodal solutions to facilitate smoother cargo movement. Shri Swarup highlighted several customer-focused initiatives undertaken by CONCOR, including the introduction of direct export cargo movement from India to the Middle East using CONCOR-owned containers — a step aimed at ensuring seamless, reliable, and cost-effective logistics services.

Adding to its strategic focus in the region, CONCOR operates a state-of-the-art Multi-Modal Logistics Park (MMLP) at Varnama, Vadodara, which serves as a critical hub for containerized cargo handling, warehousing, and distribution. The facility plays a pivotal role in facilitating EXIM and domestic trade while supporting integrated logistics solutions for customers across Gujarat and Central India.

Speaking about the engagement, Shri Swarup emphasized that customer connect remains central to CONCOR’s vision of logistics excellence. “Each dialogue strengthens trust and opens new avenues for growth,” he noted, reaffirming the organization’s commitment to fostering strong, long-term partnerships with its stakeholders.

This initiative reflects CONCOR’s broader strategy of driving business transformation by integrating end-to-end logistics solutions and delivering value-driven services aligned with evolving customer needs.
