CONCOR strengthens strategic engagement with Hapag-Lloyd to enhance customer-centric logistics solutions

NEW DELHI : In a significant step towards deepening industry partnerships and enhancing service excellence, Mr. Sanjay Swarup, Chairman & Managing Director, Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR), along with senior officials, held a high-level meeting with Mr. Sanjay Kushwaha, Managing Director of Hapag-Lloyd India.

During the interaction, Mr. Swarup apprised the Hapag-Lloyd leadership of various customer-centric initiatives undertaken by CONCOR in recent times. These include enhanced digital solutions for seamless documentation and cargo tracking, expansion of rail-linked inland container depots (ICDs), faster turnaround times, improved last-mile connectivity, and tailored logistics offerings to meet evolving trade requirements.

Both sides explored avenues to improve service delivery through coordinated planning, operational synergies, and technology-driven solutions.

Emphasis was laid on supporting India’s growing EXIM trade by ensuring cost-effective, sustainable, and time-bound logistics services.
