DPA Kandla creates history as the Best Performer amongst all Major Ports

GANDHIDHAM : Deendayal Port Authority, Kandla crosses the historic 150 MMT mark in cargo handling for FY 2024-25 by achieving the highest-ever cargo volume in history.

With this achievement DPA Kandla is now the Best Performer amongst all Major Ports in the country.

Union Minister of Port, Shipping and Waterways Shri Sarbananda Sonowal congratulated Deendayal Port Authority on this achievement. In a post on X he wrote “Congratulations Team @Deendayal_Port! Our efforts in port modernisation have yielded impressive results, significantly enhancing port efficiency and operations. Together, we will build a Viksit Maritime sector for Viksit Bharat.”
