DPA, Kandla welcomes MT KONNA STAR first “Made in India” Tug

GANDHIDHAM : DPA, Kandla welcomes MT KONNA STAR, first “Made in India” Tug with Indian flag in services of our port under Polestar Maritime Umbrella. This tug has been constructed in Malpe under Cochin Shipyard.

Udupi CSL subsidiary of Cochin Shipyard Limited under MoPSW handed over the most powerful harbour tug built in India -MT KONNA STAR to M/s Polestar Maritime Ltd ahead of schedule on May 15. The 70T Bollard Pull Tug built under ASTDS scheme.
