Freight Investor Services appoints George Dranganoudis as CEO

LONDON : Freight Investor Services (FIS), the leading freight and commodity brokerage, is pleased to announce the appointment of George Dranganoudis as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).  

The decision follows an extensive and rigorous search process conducted by FIS to identify the best candidate to drive the company’s next phase of growth. John Banaszkiewicz will continue in his role as Chairman and carry on his work to develop and grow the company. 

With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, George Dranganoudis brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role. Before joining FIS, he served as Deputy CEO – Energy & Commodities at TP ICAP. 

John Banaszkiewicz, Founder of FIS and Chairman of the Board, commented:
