
Hapag Lloyd commences digital Manual Forwarding Notes through ODeX platform in India
MUMBAI : Hapag Lloyd pleased to announce that the digitally processed Manual Forwarding Note via the ODeX platform in India is now live, effective June 17, 2025.
Customers are requested to submit Manual Forwarding Note (Outside Window Issue) requests directly through ODeX.
Please note the following guidelines:
- Manual Forwarding Note requests can only be submitted after the standard cutoff (i.e., ETA minus 5 days) has passed and the disclaimer has been accepted.
- The final cutoff for submitting such requests is ETA minus 3 days.
To ensure smooth and timely processing, we kindly request that all customers adhere to these timelines when submitting requests via ODeX.
Additionally, please note:
- The Manual Forwarding Note must be applied via the ODeX platform.
- Afterwards, the respective ICD will only accept the digitally generated Manual Forwarding Note.
