“K” LINE to exhibit at Sea Japan 2026, an international exhibition for the maritime industry

TOKYO: Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. (“K” LINE) will exhibit at Sea Japan 2026, an international exhibition for the maritime industry that will be held at Tokyo Big Sight from April 22 to 24, 2026.

Using panel displays, video and other fixtures, “K” LINE will showcase the various initiatives by the “K” LINE Group companies to support the transition to low-carbon and carbon-free solutions for both “K” LINE and society, through exhibitions of its offshore support vessel business, “Seawing” automated kite system utilizing wind power, “K-Assist Project” a technology development project related to automated ship operation, CCS projects to capture and store CO2, and so on.

Additionally, from 2:10 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, Senior Managing Corporate Officer Michitomo Iwashita, who is responsible for the Dry Bulk Carriers Unit, is scheduled to give a seminar on “Future of Dry Bulk Shipping” in Reception Hall A on the first floor of the Meeting Building of the venue.
