KSH Logistics rebrands to KSH Integrated Logistics Private Limited

MUMBAI : KSH Logistics Pvt Ltd (KLPL), among India’s most trusted 3PL fulfilment companies, has officially rebranded itself as KSH Integrated Logistics Private Limited (KILPL). This strategic transition follows the successful completion of a Merger-Demerger scheme under the jurisdiction of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) – Mumbai.

This rebranding signifies a pivotal milestone in the company’s journey, emphasizing the transformative evolution it has embraced since its inception in 1995. Under this restructuring, the operational facets of KLPL have seamlessly integrated into KSH Integrated Logistics Private Limited, formerly recognized as Kamal Diesels Pvt Ltd, a sister entity.
