NMPA to hold seminar on maritime adversities and stakeholders’ role on Wednesday

MANGALURU : The New Mangalore Port Authority (NMPA) will be organising a maritime seminar on the theme “Maritime Adversities and Role of Stakeholders“ and “Indian Port Act 2025“ at Hotel AJ Grand in Mangaluru on Wednesday.

Registration for participants will commence at 9.30 a.m., said a release. The seminar aims to bring together maritime stakeholders, industry experts, port users, and government officials to deliberate on emerging maritime challenges and discuss the implications of the Indian Port Act 2025 in strengthening port governance and operational efficiency.

Deputy Commissioner H.V. Darshan will inaugurate the seminar in the presence of NMPA Deputy Chairperson S. Shanthi, Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd., Director (Refinery) Nandakumar V. Pillai, and others.
