PIL to streamline customer data integration process with Youredi partnership

SINGAPORE : Container shipping firm Pacific International Lines (PIL) has partnered with technology company Youredi to strengthen its real-time data sharing capabilities and update its onboarding process for both partners and customers.

Youredi will deliver systems to support PIL in automating its entire booking cycle and reduce complexity in its customer onboarding process, allowing businesses interested in PIL’s services to make a connectivity request directly through a dedicated page hosted on Youredi’s website.

The connectivity request process will ask businesses to define their desired data scope and select their preferred integration technology, with Youredi managing technical adaptations between PIL’s and its customers’ systems to allow for data delivery in a format tailored to the user’s individual needs.
