PSA International wins recognition at the ESQR Best Quality Leadership Awards

BRUSSELS : PSA International has received the ‘Best Quality Leadership Award’, given out by the European Society for Quality Research (ESQR) on 30 June.

The ESQR’s Best Quality Leadership Award recognises companies, organisations, institutions, public administrations and individuals that have demonstrated outstanding leadership by taking innovative and initiative-driven steps.

The award winners are selected by ESQR based on the results of its polls, consumer opinion research and market studies. The voters are made up of customers, consumers, former ESQR award winners and collaborators.

Deputy Group Head of Human Resource Steven Lee received the award on behalf of PSA. Speaking at the award ceremony and convention held at the Hotel Le Plaza in Brussels, he said: “This award is a testament to PSA’s unwavering commitment to service and operations excellence, quality and innovation. We are grateful for the recognition and support from our customers, partners, and industry peers, and we look forward to continuing our journey of excellence.”
