SCI delivers stellar Q3 FY 2025–26 performance; posts highest 9-Month PAT in two decades

MUMBAI : The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd. (SCI) has delivered an outstanding financial performance in Q3 FY 2025–26, marking another landmark quarter driven by strong financial discipline, operational efficiency and enduring financial resilience.

For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, SCI reported its highest-ever consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹948 crore in the past two decades, underscoring sustained profitability and robust business fundamentals.

In Q3 alone, SCI posted a record PAT of over ₹400 crore, the highest quarterly profit in a decade, reflecting a sharp improvement in earnings and nearly doubling on a quarter-on-quarter basis. The strong performance was supported by improved fleet utilisation, optimized cost structures, disciplined capital management and stable freight market conditions across key segments.
