IMO welcomes new oceans treaty

LONDON : IMO Secretary-General Kitack Lim says landmark treaty will reinforce efforts to protect biodiversity. IMO has welcomed the landmark agreement on a new oceans treaty to protect marine biodiversity on the high seas.
