Fin-Min approves Navratna status to RVNL

NEW DELHI : Finance Minister Smt Nirmala Sitharaman has approved the upgradation of RVNL( Rail Vikas Nigam Limited) to Navratna CPSE. RVNL will be the 13th Navratna amongst
