Union Minister Pralhad Joshi launches “Coal Logistics Plan and Policy”

NEW DELHI : Union Minister of Coal, Mines and Parliamentary Affairs Shri Pralhad Joshi has launched a groundbreaking initiative, the “Coal Logistics Plan and Policy” organized by the Indian National Committee World Mining Congress
