Lloyd’s Register and Marshall Islands Certify Helm CONNECT Electronic Record Books
VICTORIA, BC: Helm Operations has announced that nine electronic record books within Helm CONNECT Logbook have been officially approved for use in accordance with MARPOL requirements by both
