Gram Car Carriers agrees to $700 Million acquisition by MSC subsidiary

GENEVA : Gram Car Carriers ASA (GCC) has announced the acceptance of a voluntary cash offer from SAS Shipping Agencies Services Sàrl (SAS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of MSC
