Keelung Port oil spill contaminates multiple ships

KEELUNG : A containership docked at Keelung Port has spilled oil during its refuelling, contaminating several nearby vessels. The Port of Keelung Taiwan International Ports Corporation said it received an alert to a suspected oil spill
