Vizhinjam Port’s first phase to be completed by Dec : V N Vasavan

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM : Ports Minister Shri V N Vasavan told the Assembly that the first phase construction of Vizhinjam International Transshipment Terminal will be completed by Dec this year.
