VOC Port Authority bags first place for excellence in Cost Management – 2024

NEW DELHI : VOC Port Authority has been awarded First Place for Excellence in Cost Management for the year 2024 by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, under the category ‘Transportation and Logistics’.

The award was presented by Shri Bhartruhari Mahtab, Hon’ble Chairperson, Standing Committee on Finance & Member of Parliament, during a ceremony held at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi, on June 23, 2025.

Shri Ashoka Kumar Sahu, Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer, and Shri P. Seenivasan, Senior Accounts Officer, received the award on behalf of the Port.

This accolade highlights VOC Port’s exceptional achievements in cost reduction through strategic initiatives and operational efficiency enhancements.
