VPA and FTCCI organised a trade meet in Hyderabad

VISAKHAPATNAM : Visakhapatnam Port Authority(VPA) in association with the Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry(FTCCI) organized a trade meet in Hyderabad on Friday and urged prominent importers and exporters of Telangana to make use of opportunities through Vizag Port.
Chairing the Trade Meet The Chief Mechanical Engineer R.N. Harikrishna welcomed and called upon the Importers and Exporters of the Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry to make use of the opportunity and expressed his concern to trade their business overseas as well as domestic through the Port of Visakhapatnam for the overall development of Export and Import business of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana at large and cargo improvement of Visakhapatnam Port in general.

VPA traffic manager B Ratna Sekhar made an exclusive and elaborative presentation of the various developmental and infrastructure available in Vizag Port including berths capacity, cargo profile, handling and storage facilities, rail and road connectivity, key performance indicators, traffic handled, green port initiatives and sustainability, cruise terminal facility and others duly emphasizing the need for development of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Business.
Commemorating the event, VPA Chairman Dr. M. Angamuthu said VPA is offering many friendly policies to boost the economy of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and requested to utilize Visakhapatnam Port services.
