CONCOR organises Stakeholders Meet at ICD Whitefield, Showcases AI-Driven Plans for Enhanced Logistics Services
BENGALURU: In a proactive move to strengthen collaboration with the logistics community and drive operational excellence, Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR) organised an interactive Stakeholders Meet at the Inland Container Depot (ICD), Whitefield, Bengaluru.
The session was chaired by Shri Sanjay Swarup, Chairman & Managing Director, CONCOR, along with senior officials from the organisation. The event saw enthusiastic participation from key members of the local logistics ecosystem, including shipping lines, exporters, importers, and customs house agents (CHAs).

During the interaction, Shri Swarup highlighted CONCOR’s latest initiatives designed to enhance Whitefield ICD’s efficiency and service offerings. These include the deployment of additional reach stackers—featuring environment-friendly electric models—and expansion of rail line infrastructure to support growing cargo movement. He further shared CONCOR’s ambitious vision to incorporate advanced Artificial Intelligence-based solutions for smarter, faster, and more reliable terminal operations at Whitefield.

Stakeholders acknowledged CONCOR’s ongoing efforts to improve service quality and shared valuable suggestions for future enhancements. The constructive engagement further reinforced the organisation’s commitment to achieving seamless multimodal connectivity and customer-centric operations in the region.
The event also recognised high-performing partners, as awards were presented to top stakeholders for exemplary contributions during FY 2024-25.
