MatchLog and DD Khosla Collaborate to Strengthen Container Reuse and Fleet Networks in Punjab
CHANDIGARH: MatchLog, a leading global container-reuse platform, and DD Khosla, a respected logistics and transport operator based in Punjab, have entered into a strategic collaboration to accelerate container reuse, improve fleet network connectivity, and bring digital logistics efficiency to one of India’s most commercially active states.
Under the collaboration, DD Khosla will work with MatchLog to enable more frequent and reliable street turns across Punjab’s trade lanes, ensuring that import containers are matched efficiently to export demand rather than being repositioned empty to ports or inland container depots. The initiative brings together MatchLog’s STinder technology platform and DD Khosla’s transporter relationships and operational footprint, with the objective of reducing equipment repositioning costs and improving asset utilisation for hauliers and cargo owners across the state.
The partnership also covers MiSTY Yard Services, aimed at improving yard turnaround times and giving logistics operators better control over container dwell and positioning, as well as value-added logistics support spanning coordination, documentation, and end-to-end management of container flows. DD Khosla will additionally support the growth of MatchLog’s transporter and fleet partner network in Punjab, connecting trucking operators to a platform that offers more consistent freight and fewer empty return trips.
Speaking about the collaboration, Harsh Vardhan Gupta, Co-founder and India CEO, MatchLog, said, “Punjab’s density of import-export activity creates a strong foundation for container reuse to work at high frequency, and DD Khosla brings the fleet relationships and local presence that are essential to achieving that. Our shared focus is on delivering outcomes that operators can see in their day-to-day numbers, whether that is fewer empty kilometres, shorter yard turnarounds, or more predictable load continuity for transporters. We see this collaboration as a significant step in building the kind of regional reuse network that creates durable efficiency gains across Punjab’s logistics corridors.”
The collaboration reflects MatchLog’s commitment to advancing container reuse through partnerships with operators who have credibility and depth in their regional markets. MatchLog and DD Khosla intend to build on this foundation with expanded programmes and industry outreach to support wider adoption of digital container reuse across Punjab’s transport and logistics community.
