TUTICORIN: Dakshin Bharat Gateway Terminal (DBGT) marked another significant milestone in its operational journey by celebrating the maiden voyage of M.V. Lan Hai Zhi Yuan to Singapore on August 1, 2026, further reinforcing the terminal’s role in enhancing regional maritime connectivity and facilitating international trade.
The vessel’s inaugural call at DBGT highlights the terminal’s growing importance as a gateway for containerized cargo moving between India and Southeast Asia. The new voyage is expected to provide exporters and importers with improved connectivity, greater operational efficiency, and enhanced supply chain reliability.
On the occasion, DBGT expressed its sincere appreciation to Ocean Network Express (ONE Line) for its valuable container support, which played a key role in the successful launch of the maiden voyage.
