CKB Group added another feather by moving 1st ever full rake of 45 FEUs from ICD-Viramgam to JNPT Port for AMUL

Ahmedabad: In line with it’s glorious tradition, Chinubhai kalidass & Bros. a flagship company of 104 years old CKB Group, added another feather in their crown, by moving a dedicated train carrying 45 FEUs of Evergreen lines, to JNPT port, for exporter, Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation( GCMMF ) from the Gateway Rail facility at Viramgam known as ICD Viramgam.GCMMF is the umbrella organisation for Popular dairy brand AMUL and the export product was Skimmed Milk Powder.

The train left from ICD on 26th of February and was flagged off by the COO of CKB Group, Mr. Satyen Desai alongwith the representative of GCMMF, Shri Anil Bayati,Shri Mukesh Dave and Shri Bharat Naik, in the presence of customs, shipping line,custodian, railways. The Deputy Commissioner of Customs Shri Neeraj Kumar also graced the function alongwith his team.

Shri Mukesh Dave, Logisics head of GCMMF as well as Mr. Satyen Desai of CKB appreciated the support of the customs and the GRFL team in ensuring smooth and timely movement of the export cargo and also thanked Mr. Prakash Tyagi and his team of GRFL, which is the state of art ICD.

CHINUBHAI KALIDASS & BROS.( CKB Group ) , a 104 years old logistics organisation created another golden chapter in its history by running the first ever full rake of 45 FEUs from the state of the art Gateway Rail facility at Viramgam ( ICD Viramgam)to JNPT port. The train was carrying containers of Evergreen line and all the containers were for a single exporter, Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation ( GCMMF) popularly known as AMUL.
