CONCOR MIHAN flags off KEC’s export rake to Afghanistan
MIHAN : CONTAINER Corporation of India Ltd having its Multimodal Logistics Park (MMPL) at MIHAN in Nagpur, a public sector undertaking under the Ministry of Railways, added another feather to its cap by flagging off a dedicated full export container rake of KEC International Limited.
The export rake consisted of 90 containers loaded with transmission towers is being sent to Afghanistan through CONCOR-MMPL MIHAN on March 23. The export container rake was flagged off by Balbir Singh, Principal Commissioner, CGST, Nagpur in the presence of S P Salunke, Deputy Commissioner Customs, CONCOR, MMLP MIHAN and Santosh Kumar Singh, Chief Manager, CONCOR MMLP MIHAN.
Mr. Amol Bhople, General Manager – Plant Operations, KEC International Ltd, Nitindatt Lekhak, Manager Logistics, KEC International Ltd, Shourabh Sharma, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Goodrich Logistics Private Limited, Karan Thapar of Thaparsons K V Shipping Agents Private Limited and prominent trade members were also present. The consignment was Customs cleared by Thaparsons K V Shipping Agents Pvt Ltd, one of the leading Customs House agents and logistics provider of Central India.
