
Tej Contractor, President of IIFF, Elected as Vice President of FIATA for the Term 2025–2027

The FFFAI – FEDERATION OF FREIGHT FORWARDERS’ ASSOCIATIONS IN INDIA is delighted to announce that Mr. Tej Contractor, President of the Indian Institute of Freight Forwarders IIFF – the training arm of FFFAI – has been elected as Vice President of the FIATA (International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations) for the term 2025–2027, at the FIATA General Meeting held in Vietnam, informs a FFFAI communique.
This momentous occasion marks a proud milestone for India, as the Vice President position returns to FFFAI’s fold after his father, Late Mr. Mayur C Contractor who was Senior Vice President of FIATA in 2007.
Mr. Contractor’s election stands as a testament to his visionary leadership, unwavering dedication to professional education in logistics, and his active engagement within FIATA’s global network. Through his initiatives with IIFF, he has been instrumental in promoting capacity building, skill enhancement, and international collaboration in the freight forwarding industry.
