The company’s international ports business emerged as a key growth driver, with revenue surging 80% YoY to ₹1,747 crore, while EBITDA increased by an impressive 256% YoY to ₹730 crore. APSEZ’s marine business also delivered exceptional results, with marine revenue rising 67% YoY to ₹901 crore. The growth was supported by the addition of offshore vessels to its fleet and the continued expansion of its European subsea operations, further strengthening the company’s integrated maritime services portfolio.

On the domestic front, APSEZ’s port business recorded 12% YoY revenue growth, driven by higher cargo volumes, an improved cargo mix, and better realisation. The company maintained an industry-leading EBITDA margin of 74%, underscoring its operational excellence and cost-efficient business model.

During the quarter, APSEZ further strengthened its financial standing with S&P Global Ratings upgrading its long-term issuer credit rating and senior unsecured notes rating from ‘BBB-‘ to ‘BBB’, while maintaining a Stable Outlook. In addition, CARE Ratings and ICRA Limited reaffirmed the company’s highest domestic credit rating of ‘AAA’, reflecting its strong financial fundamentals and prudent capital management.

Reaffirming its commitment to sustainable development, APSEZ also became the first Indian transport company to publish a Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) Report. The milestone underscores the company’s focus on integrating nature-related risk assessment into its business strategy and advancing its vision of responsible, nature-positive growth.
