HAZIRA: Adani Hazira Port has achieved a new operational milestone by successfully handling its largest-ever chemical parcel of 72,000 metric tonnes (MT) aboard MT NCC Fajr, further strengthening its capabilities in liquid bulk cargo handling.
The record parcel comprised Mono Ethylene Glycol (MEG), methanol and Diethylene Glycol (DEG) supplied by SABIC, one of the world’s leading chemical companies.
The successful handling of the large chemical consignment marks another significant achievement for Adani Hazira Port and highlights its ability to efficiently manage high-volume liquid bulk cargoes while maintaining safe and reliable port operations.
