Career development managed end to end on a single platform
Horizon goes beyond training processes by bringing feedback, career planning and competency development together within a holistic structure, positioning itself as a strategic platform that supports Marport’s corporate culture. Through the Personal Development Forms at the heart of the platform, employees can assess their strengths and areas for development, define their career goals and plan the development actions needed to achieve those goals. In this way, each employee can shape their own development and career journey through a personalized experience.
This approach adopted by Marport contributes to fostering a proactive development culture across the organization. Interim evaluation processes conducted throughout the year enable managers to follow their team members’ progress more closely and provide more effective and transparent leadership through one-on-one meetings. Horizon’s international recognition also marks an important acknowledgment of Marport’s vision to develop employee-centric, sustainable and innovative practices in the field of human resources technology.
