CHENNAI: Chennai Port Authority convened a stakeholder interaction with key shipping lines on August 6, 2026, to discuss prevailing trade requirements and explore measures to further facilitate the smooth and efficient movement of export cargo through the port.
The interaction was held under the chairmanship of Shri Sachin S. Kurve, Chairperson, Chennai Port Authority, and brought together key stakeholders from the shipping industry to deliberate on operational requirements, emerging trade trends and opportunities to strengthen export cargo movement.
