ST. PETERSBURG: India and Russia have explored opportunities to strengthen bilateral cooperation across fisheries, fleet and port infrastructure, maritime development, technology exchange and international partnerships during a high-level meeting held at the EXPOFORUM Convention & Exhibition Centre in St. Petersburg.
The bilateral engagement brought together Mr. Andrey Yakovlev, Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for Fisheries, and members of his delegation with an Indian delegation led by Shri Avinash Joshi, IAS, Secretary, Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI).
Senior representatives from the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Invest India and Knowledge Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) participated in the discussions, according to a post shared by KCCI.
Focus on Fisheries and Maritime Infrastructure
