MUMBAI : Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) and Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL) have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly pursue and execute large-scale railway and multi-modal transport projects.
The partnership will combine HCC’s expertise in heavy civil construction with KRCL’s capabilities in rail systems, operations, and project implementation. They plan to jointly bid for complex assignments, including underground and elevated metro systems, NATM tunnelling, and large railway bridges, under various contractual models like EPC and PPP.
