MUNDRA : In a significant step towards strengthening domestic container logistics, Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR), in collaboration with Caravan Multimodal Movers, has launched its first cabotage container rail service from MMLP Mundra CFS (APSA) to MMLP Dadri (ICDD). The inaugural service commenced on 20th July 2025.
The new rail link offers a fast and reliable cargo movement solution for customers looking to transport goods from the Mundra Port region to the National Capital Region (NCR). This development is expected to streamline supply chain operations for exporters, importers, and logistics providers alike.
Additionally, the service presents a strategic advantage for shipping lines by facilitating the repositioning of empty containers to North India under the cabotage framework. This initiative is anticipated to optimize container utilization and reduce turnaround times.
